Giuseppe Pierantozzi
Degree in law from the University of Rome. Swiss lawyer patent.
He also holds an Executive Master in Compliance Management and a Master in Tax Law.
He has extensive experience in the legal / financial field having worked for several years as Head of Legal & Compliance in different banking institutions.
He holds a specialization in Sustainability Strategies (Executive Master).
Chiara Castelletti
Degree in law from the University of Como. Italian lawyer patent obtained at the Court of Milan; she also attended an advanced training course of the legal profession in Switzerland. She is specialized in criminal law and Compliance and she has experience in assisting investment firms in front of regulatory authorities. She holds a certification on Collective Investments Schemes and also in Sustainability Strategies (ESG Advisor - EFPA).
Avv. Lea Sonego
Degree in business law from the University of Zurich. Swiss lawyer patent.
She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Officer.
She has experience in the legal / financial field having worked for several years as legal & regulatory officer in different banking institutions.
Fabio Montanari
Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Parma. He has extensive experience in the financial sector with specific regard to the second (Compliance, Anti Money Laundering, Risk Management) and third level (Internal Audit) of the Internal Control System for which he has so far held numerous roles as head of functions in European Supervised Financial Intermediaries and, likewise, as a member of Supervisory Bodies and Boards of Directors.
